Road Shows & Engagement – Visits to major fleet areas continue to drive interest and awareness about LDO/CWO opportunities.
Promotion Board Readiness – Officers should ensure their records are up to date and prepare for promotion boards by understanding their competitive category.
Silver Eagle Transition – CAPT Matt Arnold assumes duties from CAPT John Popham, reinforcing mentorship and career development.
