  6. Silver Eagle & Leadership Message – Emphasizes mentorship, high professional standards, and contributing to the Navy’s warfighting readiness.

  7. Aerial Vehicle Operator (AVO) & Security CWO Program Updates – Introduction of the 7371 AVO WO1 program and reestablishment of the 749X Security CWO community.

  8. Retirement & Retire/Retain Guidelines – Clarifies high-year tenure rules and retire/retain options for officers considering career extensions.

  9. Reserve Community Focus – Increased efforts to educate and mentor reserve applicants, with a push for active participation in recruitment.

  10. Social Media & Engagement – Officers are encouraged to utilize social media and official channels for mentorship, career guidance, and community updates.
