  5. Uniform Proposal Update: The CWO uniform proposal was recently disapproved.

  6. Temporary Officer Status: Removal of temporary status for LDO LTs is in progress, targeting permanent appointments at initial commissioning.

  7. Sustainability Timeline: Timeline of completed and proposed events, including billet shifts, off-ramps, promotion category changes, and elimination of unsustainable designators from FY13 to FY19.

  8. OTCN Mustang Academy: Details on the swim qualification requirements for all students attending the LDO/CWO Course at Officer Training Command Newport.

  9. Mentoring Program: Introduction of senior leaders sponsoring upcoming classes, providing mentorship to new accessions.

  10. Mission and Vision: Reiteration of the community's mission to support warfighting capability through leadership, technical proficiency, and continuous improvement.
