THE BQC-NR IS A COMBINATION OF ON-SITE TRAINING AND SELF-PACED CORRESPONDENCE WORK SPANNING FIFTEEN MONTHS. CLASSES COMMENCE TWICE ANNUALLY (APRIL AND OCTOBER) AND ATTENDANCE AT ALL ON-SITE TRAINING PERIODS IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO GRADUATE.
